Peace results out of silence.
And this silence is not bahri or outward silence, as we try to shut our mouths and refrain from talking. Outward Silence is meaningless and leads us nowhere as long as there is an inner dialogue taking place (with or without our conscious participation in it).
We must strive and strive hard too to achieve inner silence.
This is possible only when we liberate ourselves from the mundane world.
Seek Him positing him in your heart and concentrate on this Upasana.
Such an Upasaka achieves liberation.
Chandhokya Upanishad lays before us the way.
It is for us to seek Him.
Swamini Satyavratananda enlightens on "Liberation" for everyone of us.

What is "Pure Aanmeekam" ?
Aanmeekam introduces one into a spiritual way of life. One who sets foot on the path aanmeekam continuously asks oneself : "Who am I ?" ; " What is the purpose or rather the focus of your existence, here ? " ; " What is the relevance of all things all around when you finally depart your body ? "
All these questions continously reverberate and likely in the initial stages the sadhaka (and that means who is treading the spiritual path) is as bewildered as he is worried about his mundane living.
Today I received a message from Poojya Shri Bhaishri from www.sandipani.org. The message spells out the one reason why we are worried and continue to be worried:
Those (including you and me) worry since we do not have (possibly enough) faith in God.
Faith in God means a Belief System integrated into your intellect, which relegates you to background and puts faith in God as the foremost thing.
Surrender to God means Total and Absolute Saranagathi to the Divine Will.
Any one who does surrender to God need have little apprehension of what goes around.
Let us ponder over the message.
Jai Shri Krishna
Pushti Maarg ordains that the devotees of God should never worry. If one keeps worrying after surrendering to Him then there is no faith. If there is no faith, there can be no worship.
Binu biswaas bhagati nahin, Tehi binu dravhin na Ram
Ram kripa binu sapanehun, Jeev na leh vishraam.
There is no devotion without faith. Ram never melts without Devotion.
Without Ram's kindness one cannot rest even in a dream.
There is an anecdote. Once a man was travelling in a bullock cart. He was carrying a heavy load on his head and even after boarding the cart; he maintained the load on his head. The driver of the cart said, ”Dear brother, sit comfortably. Remove the load from your head and put it on the floor of the cart.” The man replied, “I do not want to increase the trouble for your bullocks.” He kept the load on his head.
It is foolish to carry the load on one’s head while sitting in a carriage. A person who is devoted to the Almighty and keeps his worries with him is equally ignorant. After boarding the carriage of God we should forego our worries and meditate about Him only.
With Blessings,
Bhaishri
